Alien Bleeps – Boss DD-7 and TR-909 kick Demo – No talking

Dear gearfreaks,

A friend of mine asked me to show how the Boss DD-7 Digital Delay works on a kickdrum, so i made a short video. He said it could be useful for others too, so here it is 🙂 The kick is a sample kick from the TR-909 loaded into my Octatrack, my machines are connected to the Xone:42 mixer which i’m using for the high pass filter in this video. I also use Elektron’s analog Heat for extra drive/punch. You also can hear a voice sample (“come with me”).

In the near future I will upload more video’s like this. This short video was recorded in mono sound, because I used the Go Guitar (TC Helicon). The Go Guitar is a very affordable device, ideal for livestreaming or recording your set through your smartphone.

The Digital Delay has stereo input and output jacks. Thank you for listening.
